I have had an intermittent relationship with meditation for the last 30 years, and came back for good about six years ago while grappling with a physical challenge. During that period, I came home to meditation and myself by connecting again with Unified Mindfulness. The techniques of UM help me every day to let go, transform myself and appreciate life. I love sharing them with others, as they have truly enabled me to reduce suffering and increase joy and fulfillment. My own experience inspired me to go through all the available training in order to share these practices with others. I love teaching and coaching, and see how beneficial these skills are for clients and students.
This Feel Better idea emerged out of a Feel Good class when I realized that sometimes Feel Good isn’t available but Feel Better always is!
