With over 35 years experience exploring contemplative practice, I am a self-confessed expert in missing the point. Amidst a career that spanned many roles in software development, mentoring, and music education, the death of my young son and a spinal injury led me to being drawn to helping people navigate the shared fabric of experience, this beautiful mess we call life. With a deep and abiding appreciation for all contemplative practice, I enjoy shared exploration with people, encouraging them to embrace the emergence and expression of their own natural wisdom. My approach is grounded in unburdening from the habitual resistance of life with the simple willingness to be transparently self-honest, and the recognition of the peace already in residence in our hearts.
