Erin McCarthy, Ph.D. is a Certified Unified Mindfulness Teacher/Trainer, Philosophical Counsellor, MindBody Coach and founder of the Calm Mind, Happy Life program. She’s also mom to teen twins. Thanks to her unique combination of 30+ years of mindfulness practice, training, and experience as a Philosophy Professor, she has a treasure trove of evidence-based mindbody tools and techniques to help always-on-the-go humans become calm within the chaos that is everyday life. As a long term meditator, Erin discovered first-hand the transformative power of mindfulness and self-compassion, and seeks to help people integrate these practices into the whirlwind of life in a sustainable way. Using her experience as a professor, speaker, author, concussion survivor, and parent, Erin helps make mindfulness, meditation and philosophy practical, so you can easily integrate it into your daily life and become the calmest, most confident, most capable version of yourself.
