Erica is a mindfulness and embodiment coach with a deep interest in how we can work with ourselves to decrease suffering and increase joy.  

She finds mindfulness meditation to be a fun and creative adventure, and a great way to enrich life and improve personal wellbeing. She enjoys working with others on their own unique path towards more ease and joy.

From an angst-ridden twenties, full of discomfort in both mind and body, Erica was propelled into a lifelong interest in meditation and mindful movement. She began her exploration with Ordinary Mind Zen and hatha yoga in the 1980s, and trained as a yoga and meditation teacher. In recent years, she certified as a Unified Mindfulness Coach/Trainer and an Embodiment Coach. 

Based on her own experiences, Erica believes that meditation and embodiment practices can make your own skin a very much happier place to be! 

For many years, Erica has worked as a writer in the IT industry. She is widowed with three young adult sons, two of whom have quietly begun to meditate.

Mindful Explorations

Mondays 6-6:45pm ET / 12:-12:45am CET / Tuesday 8-8:45am AEST

It's rewarding to meditate with others! This 45-minute session includes a guided meditation of 25-30 minutes (a variety of techniques are offered) followed by optional discussion. Beginners are welcome.
