As an Embodied Mindfulness coach, Campbell teaches a unique blend of meditation and movement, designed to support you in gracefully navigating life's challenges and savoring meaningful moments. She is a Certified Teacher of Unified Mindfulness, Trauma-Informed Yoga, and BodyMind Dancing. She studied Computer Science and Dance at Stanford University, served as faculty at The University of Texas at Austin, taught dance internationally for 20 years, and has instructed mindfulness teacher trainings for Unified Mindfulness. Campbell currently offers 1:1 mindfulness coaching, as well as facilitating group programs and retreats.
In private coaching, she empowers you with personalized practices to unwind body-mind stress, awaken your inherent resilience, and nurture habits for health and happiness. Inspired by her own journey through anxiety and concussion recovery, Campbell approaches post-traumatic growth as a creative process.
