Bruce Templeton
Minnesota, USA
Bruce Templeton's journey into mindfulness began over 15 years ago. Initially sparked by an intellectual curiosity, he soon discovered that mindfulness was the missing piece he had been searching for. Through dedicated practice, Bruce experienced a profound reduction in his chronic pain and a greater sense of connection and fulfillment in life. His principal teachers include Shinzen Young, Rebecca Bradshaw, Steve Armstrong, Kamala Masters, and Chas DiCapua. Today, Bruce shares his knowledge and experience as a mindfulness teacher. His approach is informal, conversational, and welcoming. He helps demystify mindfulness practices and supports others in overcoming the challenges that can arise when navigating these practices alone or with only books and apps.

Including Everything
Fridays 12-12:45pm ET / 5-5:45pm CET
In these sessions, we will start by grounding ourselves in the present moment before moving on to explore various aspects of our sensory experience. In this way, we begin to broaden our capacity to navigate and embrace a diverse range of experiences - ultimately including everything in our mindful awareness. Some practices will feel familiar and some new, but regardless of the specific practice, the underlying encouragement will be one of openness to experience and kindness toward ourselves.
Each session will begin with a brief description of what we’ll be doing, followed by a 30-minute guided practice, and then time for sharing and asking questions. Practitioners of all levels are welcome.
