Mindful Perspectives
Tuesdays 10-10:45am ET / 4-4:45pm CET
These sessions will sometimes be centered around a Unified Mindfulness standard technique, sometimes they will be more “free-style”, exploring general life-related themes (like acceptance, letting go, trust, creativity, etc.) with guided questions. Each session will start with a brief check-in, followed by a 30-minute guided practice, and then time for sharing and Q&A. Practitioners of all levels are welcome.
Guided Meditation (in German)
Tuesdays 1:15-2:00pm ET / 7:15-8pm CET
The session language is German. Using Unified Mindfulness meditation techniques, we will explore sensory perception - be it active or restful, flowing, spacious, or any other quality. Each session will start with a brief check-in, followed by a 30-minute guided practice, and then time for sharing and Q&A. Practitioners of all levels are welcome.
